Russia is using sophisticated disinformation operations to make democracy look ridiculous

Besides fighting a physical war against Ukraine, Russia is fighting a global information war. In Canada, Russian information operations are sufficiently concerning that the House Public Safety Committee is now studying this issue and it intends to produce a set of recommendations for the government to better deal with Russian disinformation. MPs say that the testimony they have heard so far has been concerning.
